Hello

I’m Amanda and I’m behind Sim Designs :) Here are some fascinating facts about me if you are interested in this kind of thing.

I’m 32 years old and living in London with my Polish boyfriend and our beautiful daughter Melody (born May 2012).

They are my world and being a Mother is the best thing that ever happened to me and I feel so incredible lucky :) If you ever wonder why I don’t post sometimes or not as often as I use to the simple explanation is that being a mother takes up most of my time these days.

Luckily I have a boyfriend who understands how much I love the Sims and gives me time to both play the Sims and also update Sim Designs. I find myself very lucky that I have a partner who doesn’t judge or think its ‘silly’ that I play the Sims and have this Simblr and gives me time to ‘play with my other family’ :)

Sims I guess is my number one hobby, I have been playing it since Sims 1 came out and years before that I was always playing SimCity too which I loved and can remember when you could get your family from TS1 and put it in SimCity!

Other then that I guess you could say I am interested in punk/hardcore music, cooking/eating (my boyfriend is vegetarian and Polish and I’m a meat-eater who is English so its always a challenge to cook!), reading (Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman are my faves), watching movies, going for walks, blah blah blah :)
